Resident Visit Schedule

All visitors are required to arrive 15 minutes early and have a picture ID with them. Juveniles are required to show a valid birth certificate.

The hours for attorneys are Monday through Friday 07:45 - 10:30, 12:15 - 14:30, 15:15 - 16:30 hours.  The hours for Saturday and Sunday are 18:00 - 21:00 hours by appointment only.

Inmate Commissary Accounts: money received must be in the form of a money order and sent through the mail. The money order must be payable to the inmate.

This facility will accept only a bank check or money order by mail for deposit in an inmate's account. The inmate will be given a receipt for the deposit.

A former inmate cannot visit a current resident of the jail for at least six months from their last incarceration. After six months, permission to visit must be approved by the Jail Administrator or designee. Any person with pending criminal charges or under the supervision of probation and parole will be denied visiting privileges. Administration will review past charges and history prior to making a decision.

Incoming calls are prohibited. In the event of an emergency, the information will be verified by a staff member. Upon verification, the message will be given to the inmate.

ALL VISITORS ARE SUBJECT TO RANDOM SEARCHES OF PERSON, VEHICLE & PROPERTY WHILE ON CUMBERLAND COUNTY PREMISES.
