Incident: Positive COVID Inmate
A 60 year-old was brought to the Cumberland County Jail September 29, 2020 late afternoon by Brunswick Police Department charging the arrestee with Failure to Give Correct Name and DOB and one charge of Disorderly Conduct. There were also several warrants for their arrest.
During the intake process an Abbott Rapid ID Now test was administered and came back positive. This individual is housed in a Negative Pressure Cell in the Medical Unit. All CDC guidelines are being followed.

Hancock County Sheriff’s Office: 2-Disorderly Conduct-Class E, 2-Criminal Mischief-Class D, Criminal Threatening-Class D, Terrorizing-Class D, Refusing to Submit-Class D, Violation of Bail-Class E. Bail $500.00
Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office: Failure to Notify of PD Accident-Class E, Attachment of False Plates-Class E, Operating without a License-Class E. Bail $750.00
Brunswick PD: Failure to give correct name/DOB-Class E, Disorderly Conduct-Class E. Bail $500.00
Arraignment on CC Charges, if unable to make bail is: September 30, 2020.
