How can I find out if someone is in jail?
To determine if someone you know has been booked into the Cumberland County Jail you may do one of the following:
  • Download the Weekly Media Arrest Log and see if the person has been arrested. While this report will not tell you if they are still in Jail, it will help determine if they were incarcerated or arrested in the past week.
  • Contact the Jail at 207-774-2180 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.. Due to the high volume of calls received, any calls requesting information on a possible bookings not received within the prescribed time will be returned, as staff is available to do so.
